目的 调研了解我国药师胜任力水平现状及能力提升需求。方法 基于《药师药学服务胜任力评价标准(试行)》设计调查问卷,以四川省医院药师及社会药房药师为调查对象,通过四川省药学会、四川省执业药师协会组织调研,基于问卷星平台进行问卷调查;采用SPSS26.0进行数据描述统计分析和检验,比较分析不同领域药师岗位胜任力要求和自我评价、岗位胜任力影响因素、药师学习/培训现状及需求等。结果 共收集有效问卷727份,药师岗位胜任力要求权重得分总分为87.50±12.02,岗位胜任力自评权重得分总分为82.81±11.95(P<0.001)。6项一级指标中,药师胜任力自我评价和岗位胜任力要求结果均显示个人素质赋值得分最高,医疗机构药师各项指标总分明显高于社会药房药师(P<0.05)。文化程度、专业、职称、药学服务范围对药师自我评价及岗位胜任力要求得分均有显著影响(P<0.05)。仅半数药师对当前学习/培训持肯定态度,4a药师对培训的需求程度最高(95.38%)。药师认为培训的主要内容应集中在药学专业知识、药物治疗学专业知识、临床专业知识和药物治疗的沟通策略方面。结论 药师现行胜任力水平仍与岗位需求存在一定差距,现有学习/培训体系尚需根据实际需求作进一步改进。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the current situation of pharmacists′ competency level and their demand for competency improvement in China. METHODS The questionnaire was designed based on the Evaluation Criteria for Pharmacists′ Competence in Pharmaceutical Care. Hospital pharmacists and social pharmacists in Sichuan province were selected as the survey objects. The questionnaire survey was conducted based on the Wenjuanxing platform through the Sichuan Pharmaceutical Association and Sichuan Licensed Pharmacists Association. SPSS 26.0 was used for data description and statistical analysis, and the post competency requirements and self-evaluation of pharmacists in different fields, influencing factors of post competency, learning/training status and demand of pharmacists were compared and analyzed. RESULTS A total of 727 valid questionnaires were collected. The total weight score of self-evaluation vs. post requirement was 82.81±11.95 vs 87.50±12.02 (P<0.001). Among the 6 first-level indicators, the score of individual quality was the highest both in self-evaluation and post requirement. The total score of each index of pharmacists in medical institutions was significantly higher than that of pharmacists in social pharmacies (P<0.05). Education background, profession, professional title, working years and scope of pharmaceutical care had significant effects on self-evaluation and post requirements scores of pharmacists (P<0.05). Only about half of pharmacists have a positive attitude towards current learning courses, and 4a pharmacists have the highest demand for learning (95.38%). The content of study should focus on pharmaceutical professional knowledge/skills. CONCLUSION It is still a gap between the current competency level of pharmacists with the post requirement and the existing training system needs to be further improved according to the actual demand.
